Don’t you just love fall? There’s something magical about this time of year. The sound of the high school band on a Friday night. Pumpkin patches and hay bales. Sweaters and warm blankets. The change of season makes me want to decorate my home with all things pumpkin, light the fireplace, curl up on the couch with my favorite blanket, a pumpkin spice latte, and just relax.
But, before I can do these things I need to make sure I’ve done my homeowner homework in preparation for the cooler weather. Here is a checklist to help remind you of some important details that can get overlooked.
